Your Arbito account

Sign in or create an account

Both buttons below open the same place. There is one sign-in page for all Arbito apps, and "Create an account" is a link on that page.

You can sign in with Apple, with Google, with a passkey, or with a code we email you. Whichever you pick, it is the same account.

Security settings on the web

Once you are signed in and nothing is waiting for your attention, the sign-in page shows your security settings. From there you can:

• Turn two-factor codes on or off
• Add or remove passkeys
• Change your password
• See and disconnect the Apple and Google sign-ins linked to the account

In the Arbito Market app

Coming soon

Arbito Market is the points companion for your account. When it ships it will hold:

• Your profile and avatar
• Your wallet, with the points you have earned in each app
• Swaps, where you move your own points from one app to another
• The apps you have signed in to, with a way to disconnect them

Arbito accounts and core app features are free. RepBase offers optional Pro subscriptions; Arbito Market and our other launch apps remain free. How Arbito works explains the points.

Delete your account

This deletes your Arbito account and the data it holds in every connected Arbito app: TaDo, RepBase, Furtherwild, Arbito Market, and Chapter & Verse: Merge Books. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

In an app

1. Open TaDo, Arbito Market, or Chapter & Verse: Merge Books and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Enter the 6-digit code we email you, or your password, and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

1. Email support@arbito.co from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Arbito account”.
2. We reply to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account. We complete it within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Arbito account and Arbito Market: your sign-in details, profile, avatar, passkeys and two-factor settings, sign-in history, points balances, transaction and swap history, and the list of apps you signed in to. Sign in with Apple is disconnected.
• TaDo: signed-in tasks, lists, habits, streaks, Mojo history, shop items, feed posts, high-fives, follows, blocks, group memberships, and reports. A group you own passes to the member who joined first, or is deleted if no one else is in it.
• RepBase and Furtherwild: account-linked training or cloud saves and related records are removed through each app’s account-deletion process. See the RepBase policy and Furtherwild privacy information.
• Chapter & Verse: Merge Books: your cloud save, Bookmark records, and shop history.

All points and items are forfeited. Connected apps are told in the same step and normally finish within minutes; if one cannot be reached we keep retrying for up to about three days.

What is kept, and for how long

• A record that each app was told to delete your data, holding only your user ID, for 30 days.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, which can include your email address, user ID, and IP address.
• Anything the law requires us to keep.
• A game save on your own device stays there until you delete the app.

Rufio Stats

Rufio Stats keeps its own data and has its own deletion page at rufiostats.com/account-deletion. If you also used Rufio Stats and delete your account somewhere else, say so in your email and we will remove that data too.

Lost email links

Verification and password-reset links from older emails still work. Some of them point at arbito.co instead of the sign-in page, and we forward those on with the link intact. If a link has expired, start again from the sign-in page and ask for a new one.
